FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to autoinjectors. An autoinjector comprises a syringe holder, a guide cylinder detachably connected to the syringe holder; the guide cylinder is configured to enclose a syringe; it also comprises a drive unit detachably connected to the syringe holder; the drive unit is connected to the guide cylinder; there are a drive spring configured to apply force to the drive unit, and a rear casing configured to engage with the syringe holder. The syringe comprises a needle pullback mover comprising an inner slide telescopically connected to an outer slide. A distal end of the inner slide is connected to a stop member. A slide spring plunger presses the outer slide in relation to the inner slide. A flexible bracket on the inner slide gears the inner slide plug in the outer slide; a release ring on a finger flange of the syringe is configured geared in the flexible bracket that makes the bracket turn aside and release the outer slide. The bracket releases the outer slide; the slide syringe is pushed apart, and the outer slide can move axially in relation to the outer slide; the drive unit is configured engaged with the outer slide when in use. The autoinjector also comprises a pricking syringe configured to apply force to the guide cylinder to advance the guide cylinder and syringe in the distal direction in relation to the rear casing so that the needle projects from the distal end of the autoinjector and pricks an injection point.
