FIELD: lubricants.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of lubricants, in particular to lubricants of friction units of wheeled and tracked vehicles, and aircraft and can be used in final drives and drive mechanisms of equipment operating in the temperature range from minus 60°C (for a short time to minus 65°C ) up to 150°C. The lubricant contains the following components taken in a certain ratio, wt%: lithium soap of stearic or 12-hydroxystearic acid - 3.00-7.00; diphenylamine - 0.20-1.00; fluoroplastic - 1.50-4.00; corrosion inhibitor - 0.40-1.40; tungsten disulfide - 2.00-7.00; tricresyl phosphate - 1.30-6.30; polymer thickener - 0.20-1.00; a mixture providing a viscosity at minus 50°C no more than 1200 Pa⋅s, a pour point - no higher than minus 65°С, a low-temperature mineral oil with a dibasic carboxylic acid ester in a ratio from 1:4 to 2:3 to 100. In addition, a base contains an ester of a dibasic carboxylic acid or a mixture of esters of dibasic carboxylic acids in a ratio that provides a viscosity at minus 50°C not more than 1200 Pa⋅s, a pour point not higher than minus 65°С.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency of lubrication by improving low-temperature, rheological and increasing tribological characteristics to meet the requirements for work in final drives of equipment in the Arctic and the Far North, while ensuring its semi-liquid consistency.
