FIELD: soil or rock drilling; mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and can be used in driving underground general-purpose (panel) bins of high capacity. Combined method of driving underground hopper of increased capacity includes drilling blast holes, charging and blasting of rock, as well as rock cleaning, formation of upper and lower parts of hopper by combine machine, then performing middle part of hopper drilling and blasting method. Boreholes in the middle part of the bunker are drilled from the upper or lower part of the bunker, after which the inlet and outlet holes are formed, and the arrivals into the bunker are shut off by bridges in the mouth.

EFFECT: technical result is higher rate of penetration, as well as possibility of forming bunker of high capacity with convenient access directly into bin for its maintenance.
