FIELD: technological processes; chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to combined reactor-condenser (1) for synthesis of urea from ammonia and carbon dioxide. Reactor-condenser (1) includes condensation section (3) connected to reaction section (2), and comprises at least one inlet for gas flow (11) containing ammonia and carbon dioxide directed into condensation section, and for solution (12) containing liquid ammonia and/or ammonium carbamate, wherein direction of outgoing flow (17) of condensation section is provided to reaction section. Reaction section comprises a group of chambers (2A–2D) and a group of mixers (7A–7D), comprising at least one mixer inside each chamber, note here that said mixers represent revolving impellers 7A–7D. Also disclosed is an apparatus for synthesis of urea from ammonia and carbon dioxide.
EFFECT: invention allows providing efficient and economically feasible assembly of equipment in high pressure synthesis circuit.
