Direct-flow horizontal mixer includes axisymmetric housing, main loading and unloading branch pipes located on one horizontal axis, stirring elements coiled with lengthwise brace coaxial to body and bent along helical surfaces of right and / or left windings and connected by hub to install blades both on continuous helical surfaces and to divide angle between adjacent blades of previous element by blade of the next one in two. Longitudinal brace is made in form of shaft, fixed by means of bearing assemblies in bases of axisymmetric housing and connected to rotation drive, housing base is made with diameter twice greater than diameter of unloading pipe, axis of symmetry of mixer housing is mounted at acute angle to axis of main loading and unloading branch pipes, blades of mixing elements, except for the first and the last elements, in the direction of liquid movement, are made perforated.
