SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transportation of objects along inland waterways, particularly in shallow waters. Disclosed is hoisting-and-transporting pontoon, comprising trapezoidal shape housing, divided into ballast compartments intercommunicated in lower part via scraps in transverse bulkheads, system for flooding and blowing of ballast compartments, assemblies for fixation of a transported object to the board, a device for tightening lifting and clamping slings, a device for complete attachment of the pontoon to the body of the transported object, lashing assemblies, at that, the pontoon complete attachment to the transported object housing is made in the form of boxes equipped with soft shells, fixed on the pontoon body, and in upper part of pontoon body opposite to attachment points of lifting slings between boxes recesses are made.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of safety of transportation of object along waterways.
