FIELD: shipbuilding.

SUBSTANCE: soft lifting pontoon comprises a body made of torus-shaped inflatable shells (1) mounted on a water-permeable pipe consisting of separate sections (4) with flanges (5) rigidly fixed along ends, between which there are ring-spacers (6) equipped with units (7) for fastening slings (8). Rings-spacers (6), except for units (7) of fastening of slings (8), are equipped with units (23) for attachment of slings of transverse lashing, and each ring-spacer (6), which is located on end of extreme section (4) of pipe, is additionally equipped unit (24) for attachment of pontoon lowering slope under water. Rings-spacers located between sections (4) of pipe, are equipped with assemblies (25) of fastening suspension slings of pontoon of upper tier.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of soft lifting pontoon operation by improved conditions of its transportation, installation and expansion of application possibilities.
