FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a polyethylene composition suitable for making small articles by blow moulding. Polyethylene composition has density of 0.952–0.957 g/cm3, determined according to ISO 1183-1 at 23 °C, the ratio MIF/MIP 12–25, the value of MIF 18–40 g/10 min, value η0.02 36,000–55,000 Pa·s, index of long-chain branching (PCR), equal to or greater than 0.55, ratio (η0.02/1000)/PCDR 55–75. Also described is a method of preparing a polyethylene composition and a moulded article.
EFFECT: technical result is providing a low content of gel in the finished product, as well as high resistance to cracking under environmental stress.
