SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to a medical device for preventing constipation, eliminating coprostasis and improving intestinal peristalsis, in particular to a medical device for preventing constipation, eliminating coprostasis and improving intestinal peristalsis, made with possibility of detachable fixation on shower hose, capable of releasing purified functional water for flushing internal space of large intestine or sheath and intended for use as bidet for flushing of anus or as a normal shower device. Medical device for preventing constipation, eliminating coprostasis and improving intestinal peristalsis comprises a hollow body portion; head part; connecting part; water purification pipe; and purified water discharge part. Head part is equipped at its end part with outlet hole for discharge of flushing water and is detachably connected with front end of body part. Connecting part is connected with shower hose and rear end of housing part and is equipped with control valve for control of water supply, water flow rate and water pressure. Water treatment pipe is built in the housing part and is equipped on both ends with grids to prevent leakage. Purified water discharge part is located inside the head part and comprises a filter element configured to remove foreign substances in water using the filter. In the water treatment tube there are successively laid germanium balls, tourmaline beads and antibacterial crystal balls, which provide antimicrobial action and create negative ions and far infrared rays for a long period of time. On outer peripheral surface of water purification pipe there is at least one magnetic ring made of neodymium magnet.

EFFECT: invention is capable of converting tap water into functional water, filtering and releasing functional water, maintaining clean inner space of large intestine and vagina, anus and local area, and promote preservation of health of user; is intended for use as a bidet or shower device; is able to magnetize flushing water by means of a strong magnet and to supply magnetized flushing water, so that due to magnetized flushing water organism activation takes place; provides the possibility of visual confirmation of degree of contamination of the filter element; can prevent hand contamination with water used during washing; can be easily connected to shower hose, provides for portable use and makes it possible to easily control working handle of functional unit for control of water pressure; can prevent water leakage between valve body and valve slide valve and prevent free rotation of valve slide valve.
