SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing heat-treated steel sheet, having on the heat treatment line chemical composition of steel and microstructure mtarget, containing from 0 to 100 % of at least one phase selected from ferrite, martensite, bainite, perlite, cementite and austenite. Method includes: A) preparatory stage, including: 1) a selection sub-step, which compares the chemical composition and microstructure mtarget with a list of predetermined products; 2) sub-stage of calculation, at which calculation of at least two thermal modes TPx, each of which TPx corresponds to microstructure mx, obtained at the end of TPx, wherein calculation is carried out based on the selected product at step A.1) and TPstandard and mi, to obtain mtarget; 3) selection sub-step, on which TPtarget one thermal mode is selected to obtain mtarget microstructure, wherein TPtarget mode is selected from TPx and selected so that microstructure mx is obtained to a maximum extent close to mtarget; B) heat treatment stage, on which the TPtarget mode is realized on the steel sheet.
EFFECT: invention enables to provide individual thermal treatment of each steel sheet, which is accompanied by a short calculation time interval.
