SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy. To achieve given mechanical properties of sheet steel in real time method of dynamic control of production of heat-treated sheet steel, having chemical composition and microstructure mtarget, containing from 0 to 100 % of at least one phase selected from: ferrite, martensite, bainite, perlite, cementite and austenite contains: A. a monitoring step, at which at least one sensor detects any deviation which may occur during heat treatment, the stage of calculation, performed at detection of deviation during heat treatment so that to define a new thermal route TPtarget to achieve mtarget taking into account the detected deviation, at that such stage of calculation includes the following stages: 1) sub-step for calculating, on the basis of thermal treatment of CT and initial microstructure of sheet steel mi, calculating at least two thermal routes TPx, each of which corresponds to one microstructure mX, obtained at the end of TPx, to achieve mtarget, 2) sub-selection, on which to achieve m target, selecting one new TPtarget, wherein TPtarget is selected from TPx such that mX is closest to mtarget, C. new heat treatment step in which heat treatment TPtarget steel sheet is carried out in real time.
EFFECT: disclosed is a dynamic adjustment method for making heat-treated sheet steel.
