SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, particularly, to road construction, and can be used for construction of additional layers of bases of motor roads of I–V categories and device of road clothes on intrafield roads IV–V, during construction of bulk bases and soil dumps of construction and production sites of oil and gas deposits in I–V road and climatic zones, as well as when replanting polygons of domestic and industrial wastes, backfilling of industrial sites, filling and reclamation of open pits, slurry pits, sludge collectors, waste landfills and artificial earth cavities. Composite construction material contains: drilling mud 100 %, sand 10–20 % of the volume of drilling mud, portland cement or slag portland cement not lower than grades by strength M300 8–15 % of the volume of drilling mud, quicklime – 5–7 % of drilling mud volume, ash-slag mixture – 5–10 % of drilling mud volume, spent drilling mud – 5–7 % of drilling mud volume.

EFFECT: faster setting of composite construction material with high compression strength and frost resistance.
