FIELD: rescue operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and devices for emergency evacuation of people from high-rise buildings, high-rise structures and drilling platforms in case of fire hazard. Method of operation of rescue device consists in manually controlled rescuers of vertical lowering of container on ropes with braking by means of ropes, in order to automatize lowering and increasing safety, the container automatically controlled lowering is performed by the control device, which performs the braking operation transfer first into electric energy, and then into kinetic energy stored inside rescue device by means of flywheel, which after lowering termination is used after transfer again into electric energy. Method of operation of rescue device and device for its implementation consists in creation of electromechanical machine, controlled depending on altitude lowering program automation of lowering, comfortable landing and lowering of people in sealed container, increased safety with simultaneous recovery and accumulation (reserve) of braking operation, which after lowering termination is used for further horizontal movement and removal of container from place of crash of drilling platform.
EFFECT: rescue device is proposed.
