FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive tires, particularly to design of cargo radial tire breaker. Pneumatic tire comprises tread, breaker, carcass, side plates and bead rings. Breaker is made from two to four layers of rubberized metal cord and a screening textile breaker layer or breaker layer, metal cord diameter in breaker is 1.16±0.06 mm. Metal chord is made from metal threads of the same diameter, wherein ratio of diameter of metal thread to diameter of metal cord is 0.258, ratio of pitch of metal cord in breaker to diameter of metal cord is 1.956, and linear density of metal cord is 4.33±0.20 g/m, wherein the ratio of the thickness of each rubberized layer of metal cord in the breaker to the diameter of the metal cord is 1.422, and the breakage force of the metal cord is not higher than 1,400 N.

EFFECT: reduction of material consumption and labor intensity of tire production at maintenance of general operability and operational characteristics of tires of pneumatic cargo tires.
