FIELD: automotive industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the automotive industry. Cargo pneumatic tire case of radial structure comprises tread, breaker, carcass, sidewalls and bead rings. Breaker is made of two or three layers of rubberized metal cord and screening textile layer of breaker or breaker rubber layer on side of tread. Diameter of metal cord in breaker makes 0.90±0.04 mm. Metal cord itself is made from metal threads of the same diameter of 0.30±0.01 mm. Ratio of diameter of metal thread to diameter of metal cord makes 0.33±0.03. Frequency of metal cord threads in the breaker layer ranges from 52 to 83 threads/100 mm. Linear density of metal cord makes 2.79±0.14 g/m. Ratio of thickness of each rubberized layer of metal cord in a breaker to diameter of metal cord makes from 1.596 to 1.744, and breaking force of metal cord is not less than 1,000 N. In layer breaker threads of metal cord layers have identical cutting angles (20±1°), in adjacent layers are directed in opposite sides.

EFFECT: reduction of material consumption and labor intensity of tire production at maintenance of general operability and operational characteristics of cases of pneumatic cargo tires.
