FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical cleaning of gases. In the frame of the shaking mechanism, corona-forming electrodes with weights are arranged axisymmetrically in a precipitation electrode in the form of a round or polygonal tube. Corona-forming electrodes are vertically fixed in the suspension frame. Frame of the shaking mechanism is fixed on the suspension frame, located under the electrodes and is equipped with an anvil for interaction with the hammer type mechanism. Frame for each row for fixing electrodes against transverse displacement is made of crosswise beams metal cross-section interconnected by lengthwise beams. Each transverse beam is made of two angular profiles facing each other at a distance providing the arrangement of a row of corona-forming electrodes with a gap of not more than 1.5 mm. To fix the corona-forming electrodes from longitudinal displacement, each electrode is equipped with a metal plate bent to fix transverse beams on the lower surface of the angular profile with a cutout for passage of the electrode with a gap of not more than 1.5 mm. In order to centering the corona-forming electrode with respect to the precipitation electrode on the plate, elliptical holes are made on both sides.
EFFECT: simplified design, increased efficiency of cleaning corona-forming electrodes by mechanical shaking.
