FIELD: processes for electric removing of dust out of exhaust gases of high-power boiler aggregates in heat and electric power stations at condition of limited size of boiler cells.
SUBSTANCE: electric filter includes deposition and corona-discharge electrodes of high height, mechanisms for shaking corona electrodes and mechanisms for shaking deposition electrodes. Each corona electrode includes frame with vertical and horizontal rods between which corona discharge members are vertically mounted. Each corona electrode is divided in vertical direction by two parts between which connection grid is arranged. Additional device for alternatively shaking both parts of said electrode is secured to lower portion of said grid. The last is in the form of vertical rod to which tube pieces are horizontally secured. Each part of electrode is spring-loaded and provided with vertical shaking rod having anvil over which percussion device is arranged. Balance beam is jointly mounted in lower end of vertical rod of grid; anvil is arranged on each end of balance beam.
EFFECT: improved design, enhanced efficiency of shaking high-height electrode systems, increased active zone of reduced-size electric filter, improved operational reliability and repair accessibility of filter.
