SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hair growth methods in hair loss centers (alopecia). Method of fixing false hair in a hair loss area comprises forming a row of naturally growing hair tufts along the outline of the hair loss area, placing and clamping fasteners thereon at a small distance from the scalp, sewing of false hair to formed rows of tufts of naturally growing hair, formation of a row of tufts of naturally growing hair is performed by dividing the selected strand of hair into two parts, each of which is threaded into one annular fastening element in opposite directions, forming a cruciform connection with two strands coming from fastening element with subsequent connection of said strands in fastening element in a similar cross-like manner to adjacent similar strands, and as false hair is used a monture with attached overhead hair.

EFFECT: reduced tension of natural hair with fixation of false hair.
