FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to hydraulic percussion device and construction equipment thereof. Impact device comprises: cylinder to accommodate piston; piston for reciprocating motion in cylinder; reverse stroke hole for connection of front chamber located on front side of cylinder with hydraulic source; forward stroke hole formed in rear chamber located on cylinder rear side; forward and reverse stroke valve for control of piston movement; control pipeline for movement of forward and reverse stroke valve when connected to hydraulic source; a long stroke hole for connecting the hydraulic source to the control pipeline through the front chamber when the piston moves back to the first position; a short stroke hole connected to the hydraulic source through the front chamber when the piston moves to the second position; a transfer valve located between the short stroke opening and the control pipeline; proximity sensor for determination of piston lower dead point; and a controller configured to: determine the crushing state based on the detected lower dead point and transmit the control signal to the transfer valve based on the determined crushing state. When the transmission valve is in the long travel position, the piston receives the forward stroke force at the time when the piston returns to the first position and operates in the long stroke mode, and when the transfer valve is in the short stroke position, piston receives force of forward stroke at the moment of time, when piston returns to second position, in which piston is before returning to first position, and operates in short stroke mode, which is shorter than long stroke.
EFFECT: technical result is enabling adjustment of the stroke length of the impact device in accordance with the crushing state.
