FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to processing of metals and materials by pressure when making long-length hollow articles such as cups and bushings. Reduction of force applied for deformation of workpiece due to creation in zone of plastic deformation of shear deformations caused by presence of active friction forces, is ensured by the fact that billet is pierced and rolled over stationary billet by combined directional translation of puncheon and rotating rollers.
EFFECT: reduced force required for workpiece deformation.
