SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronics and publishing and can be used in designing interactive entertainment and developing aids. Invention can be used in production or as an addition to books-toys, periodicals, children's developing games, etc. Device can be used in educational, entertainment and advertising devices, in which audio messages supplement printed text and graphic illustrations. Interactive electronic substrate for a printed publication, comprising a housing with installed in it panels of turn indicators of printed publication, speaker, microphone, control facilities, sound microprocessor, memory page selection module, digital memory module and power supply unit, where audio microprocessor is configured to convert sound coming to microphone in digital data, and recording digital data in memory page selected by memory page selection unit, as well as reproduction of digital data stored in the memory page selected by the memory page selection unit in the form of sound using the speaker, wherein the printed matter turning sensors panel is configured to determine the number of pages located over the panel, memory page selection unit is configured to set the memory address range of the digital memory module depending on the number of pages of the printed publication located over the turn sensors, and the control panel is made comprising a power switch, which provides connection of the power supply to the supply circuits of the sound microprocessor, the memory page selection unit and the digital memory module, as well as switches connected to analogue inputs of sound microprocessor for activation of audio recording mode from microphone, sound reproduction on speaker, start and stop sound recording from microphone, start and stop sound reproduction on dynamics.

EFFECT: technical result provided by disclosed invention consists in reduction of labor costs for production of book, including due to higher versatility of electronic module.
