SUBSTANCE: device contains a print with inbuilt unified electronic functional circuit, in form of printed and insonified information, composed of page templates of the print, which constitute the keyboard for selecting the sound fragment, block for generating a sound fragment address, module for selection of pages and words, memory accumulator - bank of recorded sound fragments, connected to digital-analog transformer, amplifier of sound frequency and transmitter of FM spectrum with antenna, which constitute a block for storage of a sound fragment, controlling handle, connected to keyboard for selecting a sound fragment, and power supply.
EFFECT: reproduction of sound fragments, corresponding to printed text.
