SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to prosthetic repair and rehabilitation equipment for persons with long shoulder residual limbs of congenital and / or amputation aetiology at the level of the ultrashort forearm truncation (forearm residual limb with absent functional length) to amputations, proximal to the shoulder epicondures, including articulations in the elbow joint. Prosthesis liner for a shoulder residual limb comprises an elastic body with a proximal opening for introducing a residual limb and a distal end. Walls of the elastic body are 2–3.5 mm thick; the distal end face has a Shore hardness of 50–80, and inside it there are embedded inserts for the elbow joint installation.

EFFECT: invention provides simplicity and reliability of attachment on shoulder residual limb, including on long shoulder residual limb, without disturbance of proportions relative to healthy extremity, as well as comfort of wearing.
