FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: prosthetic device includes an outer barrel, an inner barrel and at least one clamping device. The outer barrel has a proximal opening and additional component connecting means at its distal end. The outer barrel is made of longitudinally hard material, with at least one groove extending at least partially in longitudinal direction to permit radial deformation. The inner barrel is made of a flexible material and has a proximal opening. The clamping device is fixed on the outer barrel and provides a changing outer diameter of the barrel. At least one electrode is displaceably mounted on the outer barrel side facing the inner barrel.
EFFECT: invention provides a possibility of quick and easy first prosthesis installation to various patients, even by drive components or functional elements fixed to the outer barrel and controlled by muscle electrical signals.
