FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be used in development of devices for automatic control of technological processes of wells operation of hydrocarbon raw material deposits, mainly, gas or gas condensate ones. Disclosed is a module for boring wells, mainly two, comprising a reinforcement unit and a control cabinet of X-mas trees, interconnected and installed on a common frame. Frame of reinforcement unit is made in the form of spatial structure from profiled rolled metal, at that on the frame gas pipelines, corrosion inhibitors and shutoff and control valves for each well are installed. Said reinforcement unit is located in protective ventilated cover. Housing of control cabinet is divided, preferably, into control compartment with operator panel and compartment of main hydraulic equipment. Inside the above cabinet there is a hydraulic system for control of production of wellhead and underground shutoff valves of each well, comprising devices Ki and A, actuators, pilot distributors of low and high pressure with drive and with cavities of inlet, outlet and drain, installed both along control line of root and side gates, and along control line of underground shutoff valves. In hydraulic system there installed are pressure accumulators connected to tank of hydraulic fluid, pumps, pressure regulators, multipliers and pipelines for supply of hydraulic fluid to actuators of side and root pulleys, underground valves-cutoff valves. Hydraulic equipment of each line of hydraulic fluid pressure control in actuators of gate valves, underground shutoff valves, and hydraulic equipment of each logical line of control cabinet, containing, mainly, reduction valve, safety valve, shutoff needle valves of main lines and drainage, check valves, are mounted on one hydraulic plate by means of butt and (or) cartridge mounting, at the same time in the plate there are corresponding internal channels for supply, discharge of hydraulic fluid and drain, as well as line for connection of instrumentation.
EFFECT: higher reliability of module operation as a whole and simplification of its design due to possibility of output of information on condition of equipment of X-mas tree and cabinet of the station to operator panel, implementation of X-mas tree control in interactive mode and arrangement of equipment of valve unit in cover.
