FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shipbuilding, namely to anchor-mooring mechanisms: one-anchor windlass, anchor-mooring line, anchor and mooring spikes, in which on cargo shaft, with solid cross section, warping head is rigidly fixed, and the chain sprocket having the braking pulley of the belt brake and the clutch coupling element is installed freely and is connected to the cargo shaft by the second element of the clutch coupling fixed on the cargo shaft movably along its axis. Supports of cargo shaft of mooring spire are made in cone-shaped post. One support of cargo shaft of anchor-mooring and anchor spikes is made in tower-like rack, and the other one - in deck bar installed in ship deck. Stands of spikes are fixed to deck bar on deck. Cargo shaft drive is made in the form of geared motor with wave gear, in which flexible wheel has the shape of ring, on end of which there are barrel-shaped teeth, which interact with right-hand teeth of four sectors, which are connected to driven shaft of transmission by parts (segments) of double gear clutch. Output end of the driven shaft is connected to the cargo shaft by a gear clutch, and the generator of waves of the flexible wheel is connected to the output end of the shaft of the engine by a double gear clutch. Case of the windlass at the windlass is secured with legs to the bracket made on the support post of the cargo shaft on the side of the braking pulley of the chain sprocket, and at the spikes - by the flange to the deck barrel under the ship deck.
EFFECT: reduction of weight and dimension parameters of reduction gear and improvement of degree of unification of structures of anchor-mooring mechanisms.
