SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport machine building. Ground transport complex comprises vehicle with load-carrying structure, at least with four detachable wheels and cabin with seats installed in it, as well as single-seat scooter with frame, axle for wheel installation from vehicle and fixed on frame T-shaped post for support of user's hands, with possibility of accommodation in passive transport of wheel-free condition in car. In its passive transport position, the scooter is arranged in the cabin in place of one of the car seats and fixed by a disconnectable retainer on the vehicle bearing structure. Scooter seat is identical in the part of the pillows with the car seat and is installed on the frame rotary on the azimuth in longitudinal back and fixed position. Shelf of the T-shaped rack is located directly above the back of the scooter seat, forming a headrest. In the center of the T-shaped stand the headrest pad is installed.
