FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for metrological provision of gas analytical equipment and is intended for use in a gas-dynamic installation for creation of required concentration of a vapour-gas mixture. Adjustable capillary metering device of micro stream of steam and gas mixtures consists of evaporator chamber with dosed substance, two capillaries, mixing chamber with supply and discharge nozzles and throttle of gas flow control, with the possibility of controlling the concentration of the substance being batched by a throttle, which covers the channel of the mixing chamber and changes the ratio of gas flows passing through the mixing and dosing chambers.

EFFECT: technical result is possibility of obtaining doses of micro concentrations and automated process.
