SUBSTANCE: invention relates to loading and unloading devices. Universal automated loading-unloading module includes a suspended-type high-speed transportation system containing a mainline system, a multifunctional traffic control center, a hoisting device in the form of an unmanned carrousel crane. System consists of manifolds with one-way circular motion with gradient sections. Crane includes bearing column with cable-stay tower, adjustable cables equipped with stabilizing devices, main bed with cargo electric carts, tray with receiving and sending zones. Column with elements of stability and counterweights is installed on crane wheel base frame with possibility of interaction with cargo wheel platform and their movement on rail cloth. Platform can interact with the tray zones and the main circular web, which is the same as the main web of the crane. Webs, tray, cargo and receiving and delivery platforms have the possibility of interaction with corresponding systems of remote control of movement and movement of cargo of control center.
