FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: sensor comprises array of lasers; arrays of collimating and focusing lenses, first and second arrays of photodetectors; array of dichroic mirrors, array of dichroic filters. Each laser from array of lasers with corresponding focusing and collimating lenses are located on one optical axis, wherein optical axes for different lasers are parallel to each other and form a first array of optical axes. Each dichroic filter is located opposite the corresponding dichroic mirror and corresponding photodetector of the second array of photodetectors, dichroic mirror, photodetector of the first array of photodetectors are located on one optical axis, wherein said axes make second array of optical axes. Optical axes of the first and second optical axis arrays are perpendicular to each other. Light beam splitter is located at the points of intersection of the optical axes of the first and second optical axis arrays.

EFFECT: technical result is providing high sensitivity due to measurements in multiple points and possibility of simultaneously obtaining information on size, concentration and type of particles.
