FIELD: agriculture; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building, namely to devices for wiping seeds of perennial grasses and other crops. Clover thresher comprises receiving hopper (1), pneumatic transfer channel (2), inertial separator (3), grating device (4), aspiration channel (5), fan (6), air outlet channel (7), airflow speed control shutters (8, 9, 16) in the aspiration and transportation channels and supply of the clover hulls. Grating device includes housing (10) with loading neck (11) and outlet nozzle (12). Inside the housing there is cylindrical drum (13) with a horizontal axis of rotation and an external solid grating surface and deck (14) with a blind grating surface. Receiving hopper is equipped with agitator (15) and is connected to inlet opening (17) of pneumatic transfer channel located on its side wall. Inertial separator is a settling chamber with louvred grille (18) inside. Inertial separator is installed on the loading neck of the grating device and is communicated via the pneumatic transport channel with the receiving hopper and by means of the air outlet channel – with the fan. Aspiration channel of rectangular cross-section with developed lower and upper parts with one end – branch (19) is connected to air outlet channel, second end is communicated with atmosphere, its loading opening (20) adjoins discharge branch pipe of grating device. Receiving hopper, pneumatic transportation channel, inertial separator, grating device, aspiration and air outlet channels have same working width and are located in one longitudinal-vertical plane.

EFFECT: disclosed clover thresher provides higher efficiency of wiping and cleaning seeds, reduced size of clover thresher and reduced power consumption.
