FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves direct or two-phase combining with separate harvesting of seed heap and capes with hulls and primary cleaning of seed heap. The heap and capes with hulls are transported to threshing floor where seed fraction is extracted in steps from capes and hulls before drying. First, batched flow of capes and hulls is pneumatically separated, producing heavy fraction followed by rubbing-out and separating the seed and intermediate fractions. Next, the seed fraction is rubbed-out from intermediate fraction. Extracted fractions are dried and cleaned complete with seed heap. EFFECT: higher efficiency and lower power requirement. 2 cl, 2 dwg
