FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reducer assembly with epicyclic gear. Unit comprises carrier (5), satellites (6) and at least one support bearing (7) of satellite (6), installed on carrier (5), made with possibility of rotation around axis (X) of rotation, wherein support bearing comprises central axis (9), inner ring (11), fixed on central axis (9), outer ring (16), installed with possibility of rotation around central axis (9), and lubrication circuit, made with possibility of oil flow supply between inner and outer rings (11,16), at that, lubrication circuit comprises holes (24), open on outer side of inner ring (11) at level of radial inner zone (B) of support bearing relative to axis (X) of rotation, second part (25,26), having holes (26), open on external side of inner ring (11) at level of radial external zone (A) of support bearing relative to axis (X) of rotation, and intermediate part containing at least one channel (27), made with possibility of connection of first part (23a–23c, 24) with second part (25,26). At least one channel (27) has at least one point of local head loss formed by elbow (30) or abrupt narrowing (31) of the cross-section, and at least one flattening of cross section on greater part of its length or path forming bypass. Central axis (9) is connected to carrier and comprises first surface (10) radially external relative to said central axis, wherein the lubricant circuit comprises first portion (23a–23c, 24) configured to receive oil from carrier (5) at the level of central axis (9). Inner ring (11) comprises second surface (12) radially inner relative to central axis, wherein said first and second surfaces adjoin each other. At least one channel (27) is formed by groove made in first (10) or second (12) surface.
EFFECT: creation of support bearing lubrication device, which provides correct lubrication at level of support bearing radial inner zone, wherein it should be simple, and preferably oil support bearing on the carrier must be provided by simplifying oil supply.
