FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ammunition, in particular, to designs of cases for cartridges of hunting rifles. Paper case of a cartridge of a hunting gun includes a paper housing in the form of a thin-walled tube, a metal head, a plastic bottom wad, a bottom with a socket for a cap. Inner housing of case is equipped with paper insert, inner surface of which in zone of shot charge is corrugated.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of shot quality and reliability of case extraction from cartridge chamber.
