FIELD: ammunition of sporting armament, in particular, breech-boarded smoothbore guns of any types and calibers with any length of the cartridge chambers, cartridge cases of any material. SUBSTANCE: for improvement of obturation of powder gases at a shot for compaction of the powder charge and for the shell use is made of rubber and rubber-like elastic filler pieces in the bore diameter with monolithic one-sided and two-sided obturators ring-shaped in the edge of the flat surface of the filler piece, their outside diameter at compaction of the powder charge may be elastically changed from the cartridge chamber diameter to the inside diameter of the charged cartridge case, providing for a tight fitting of the obturators to the cartridge case wall, and the height of the obturators may change depending on the caliber up to 5 mm at compaction of the powder charge on the side of the filler piece adjoining it, and up to three calibers of the gun in millimeters on the other side forming together with the filler piece a continuous flexible obturator-container in the bore diameter both for a combined placement of the wad component and small shot shell through a one-sided filler piece up to 5 mm and separately in two filler pieces with obturators-containers with a height up to 1.5 calibers of the gun in millimeters each. The method provides for maximum indices of power, close grouping of shots and sharpness of fire of funs unattainable at loading by solid wads. EFFECT: provided adjustment of uniformity of small shot shattering and reduction of the close grouping of fire with the sharpness of fire remaining unchanged due to reduced self-destroying mass of the wad component. 5 cl, 9 dwg, 1 ex
