FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in construction during erection and repair of artificial structures in field operation conditions. Mobile concrete-mixing plant comprises cabin of operator, cement and water bunkers, water dispenser arranged in vehicle body, concrete pump and diesel power plant, replaceable bins of aggregates equipped with vibration feeders, in sliding module – mixer with cement batcher. In the module above the mixer there is an activator installed, the unloading hole connected to the mixer, and the input one – to the cement feeder, and the device for the crushed cement particles collection, which includes a closed pipeline, one end connected to a fan, and the other end, through a flapper, to a water pipeline directed into the mixer. In closed pipeline, with pitch L, multiple of 5–6 diameters D of pipeline, there are conical devices having a flexible membrane with adjusting screw from above, and in pipeline under conical part there are holes, note here that said cones are directed along pipeline axis in one direction in direction of air flow.

EFFECT: wider range of produced grades of concrete with high environmental properties of the concrete mixing plant.
