FIELD: civil engineering, in particular, devices for preparation of foamed concrete mixes. SUBSTANCE: the travelling universal construction plant has a platform with wheels carrying a foam generator, vessel for foaming liquid, vessel for pure water, forced- action mixer with a concrete pump, conveyer with a metering hopper for feeding of cement and sand to the mixer, and a control board. It is provided with a vessel for collection of water after flushing of the whole system for removal of foam residues, foaming liquid, foamed concrete, building mortars, for use of this flushing liquid for production of foamed concrete and building mortars, self-contained electric power station. The foam generator, vessel for foaming liquid, vessel for pure water, vessel for collection of water after flushing of the system, self-contained electric power station and the forced-action mixer use a modular design in the form of separate quick-detachable and quick-installed self-contained box-type units mounted together on the same common platform with wheels, with remote adjustable- in height outriggers provided on the ends. The foam generator unit, foaming liquid unit, pure water unit, unit for collection of water after flushing of the system, unit of self-contained electric power station have mainly a square or rectangular section. The forced-action mixer unit is made remote with a dome-shaped bottom and cover. EFFECT: improved maintainability and enhanced economical efficiency due to the use of water after flushing. 6 cl, 11 dwg
