SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and system for automatic filtration of network messages in an aircraft network based on the current system context. Method comprises receiving a network message transmitted in an aeronautical network by means of network packets from a source aircraft electronic device to a target aircraft electronic device, creating current system context based on tracking result of aviation electronic devices in aviation network, indicating aggregate status of aircraft electronic devices, analyzing the acceptability of the network message by identifying a plurality of attributes corresponding to the network message corresponding to the header and data fields of network packets, corresponding to a network message, determining the network message acceptability in a system context based on filtering rules determining which attributes are allowed in a particular system context, and sending the network message to the target aircraft electronic device, if it is determined that the network message is acceptable in the specified system context.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing filtration of network messages.
