FIELD: telephone communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to telephone communication, particularly to methods of notifying subscribers of mobile radio networks (MRN). Incoming call notification method and device for its implementation in MRN are provided by means of open program interface provided by network node interacting with basic network MRN, preliminary determination of sets of identifiers of calling party, called party and multiple notifications of incoming call, preliminary determination of a rule for transmitting predefined notifications with respect to predetermined calling and called parties, detection of voice call of said parties in MRN, assigning a notification from predefined in accordance with a predetermined rule and transmitting the notification to the called party before responding to the call.
EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability and significant increase in information value of preliminary notification on incoming call.
