FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes semi-freely rotatable crank actuating device for oral care device, device for oral care and method of providing a half-free spinning crank actuator relates to medical equipment and can be used for oral care. Semi-freely rotating crank actuator for oral care device comprises a chamber, a loaded spring pusher, a crank mechanism and a drive pin. Chamber has a main axis, an internal surface with an emphasis for compression of a spring on its proximal end and an outlet hole at its distal end. Spring loaded pusher is configured to operate inside chamber along main axis between a stress position proximal to the proximal end of the chamber and a released position proximate the distal end of the chamber. Spring loaded pusher comprises a pusher having a distal end configured to hermetically intersect the inner surface of the chamber along the main axis, and a spring located above the proximal end of the pusher and located between the spring compression stopper and the pusher distal end, having at least two compressed states, including a first compressed state greater than a second compressed state, wherein in response to removal of load from spring from first compressed state into second compressed state, spring actuates pusher with first speed from stressed position to released position, wherein said released position comprises a final position inside the chamber in response to the first state of the actuator. Crank mechanism is connected with loaded spring pusher to alternate loaded spring pusher between stressed and released positions. Crank mechanism comprises, at least, a drive pin rotatable about the drive axle and a crankshaft configured to semi-freely rotate about the drive shaft. Crank shaft is connected to loaded spring pusher and is partially actuated around drive axis by means of (i) driving pin in first operating mode, which comprises loading the spring into a first compressed state in response to the pusher crankshaft drawing from the desired end position to the stressed position; (ii) and loaded spring pusher in second operating mode, which comprises driving the pusher from the stressed position into the released position in response to releasing the spring from the first compressed state into the second compressed state.
EFFECT: inventions make it possible to return the mechanism to initial state for repeated actions and not to experience mechanical difficulties at too fast operation.
