FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely devices for applying ligation clamps. The surgical device for applying ligating clips contains an elongated tube, a holder fixed at the distal end of the tube, actuating grips mounted on the holder, a rod that is placed inside the tube and the distal end of which is functionally connected to the actuating grips for opening and closing the actuating grips, and a manipulator located at the proximal end of the tube. The manipulator contains a linear actuator. The proximal end of the rod is functionally connected to a linear actuator. The linear actuator has a groove, and the manipulator also contains a pivotally mounted handle containing a primary leg placed in the groove, so that the hinged movement of the handle leads to linear movement of the rod and to the movement of the actuating grips relative to each other. The manipulator also contains a rotating handle for turning the tube and a sleeve. The rotating handle for turning the tube, the tube and the sleeve are connected with the possibility of coordinated rotation, a gear wheel is placed in the sleeve, blocked from turning. The manipulator additionally contains a locking latch passing radially through the sleeve and interacting with an annular gear wheel, as a result of which the rotation of the rotating handle for turning the tube occurs step by step with malleable and audible limiters. In the second embodiment, the surgical device for applying ligating clips contains an elongated tube having actuating grips mounted on a holder fixed at the distal end of the tube, a forked cylindrical head sleeve located at the distal end of the tube, and a manipulator located at the proximal end of the tube. The channel formed at the distal end of the head bushing contains a pair of parallel walls. The holder has at its proximal end a flange placed between parallel walls. The holder is pivotally connected to the head bushing on the axis of rotation. Inside the tube there is a pusher made with the possibility of axial movement and containing a pusher leg pivotally connected to the flange at a point offset from the axis of rotation. The manipulator comprises a rotating handle for pivoting, a cylindrical cam element and a ring having at least one cam roller element protruding from it in the radial direction and engaged in the channel of the cylindrical cam element. In the third embodiment, the surgical device for applying ligating clips contains an elongated tube, actuating grips placed adjacent to the distal end of the tube, a rod that is placed inside the tube and the distal end of which is functionally connected to the actuating grips for opening and closing the actuating grips, a manipulator that is located at the proximal end of the tube and contains a handle functionally connected to the proximal end of the rod, the handle is made with the possibility of rotation in the proximal direction for closing the actuators, and a safety mechanism that is designed to prevent closing of the actuators due to unintentional actuation of the handle. In the fourth embodiment, the surgical device for applying ligating clips contains an elongated tube having actuating grips mounted on a holder fixed at the distal end of the tube and having an axis of rotation relative to the tube, a pusher placed inside the tube and made with the possibility of linear movement, and the pusher is connected to the holder at a point offset from the axis of rotation, a manipulator containing a rotating handle for pivoting, a cylindrical cam element and a cam roller element. The cam roller element is engaged in the channel of the cylindrical cam element. Rotation of one element leads to linear movement of another element, and the other element is functionally connected to the pusher. The rotary pivot handle is functionally connected to the cylindrical cam element and the cam roller element and is blocked from axial movement relative to the pusher, as a result of which the rotation of the rotary pivot handle and the interaction between the channel of the cylindrical cam element and the cam roller element lead to axial movement of the pusher and the pivoting of the holder around the axis of rotation relative to the tube.
EFFECT: use of the inventions makes it possible for the surgeon to ligate the vessel walls without excessive manipulation.
