FIELD: gas industry; mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to operation of gas wells at the final stage of development and, in particular, to operation of gas wells, in which gas flow rate is insufficient for liquid discharge from the bottomhole. According to the method, the gas well is equipped with the main tubing string and central tubing string concentrically installed in it with formation of annular space between them. End face of the central tubing string is placed below the end face of the main tubing string. Gas is extracted simultaneously along central tubing string and annular space. Gas extraction along the central tubing string is performed with a flow rate which is one and a half times higher than the flow rate required for removal of liquid from it. Gas flow rate through the annular space is set so that it does not exceed values of the work production rate. In order to control the flow rate along the central tubing string, an adjusting union is installed on the flow path of the annular annulus. Manually by the degree of opening of the adjusting nozzle, pressure is set on the mouth of the annular annulus, which is necessary to create conditions for carrying out liquid along the central tubing string in the well shaft. Value of set pressure is determined depending on pressure in gas-gathering network according to mode map of the well.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of well operation by removal of fluid accumulated on the bottomhole without using complex automated control systems.
