FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: method of forming a three-dimensional article from a liquid photopolymer using a wave actuation of actinic radiation and a device for its implementation are related to the field of constructing three-dimensional articles by hardening a liquid photopolymer using actinic radiation. Method involves projection of the elementary cross-section with actinic radiation, exposure of a sequence of elementary cross-sections, movement of the formed article along the axis of construction, formation of an article from the mobile boundary zone of the photopolymer. Mobility of boundary zone of photopolymer is provided by conversion of wave front of actinic radiation in such a way that specific power of radiation in exposed areas has a gradient along axis of construction, wherein photopolymer is partially exposed in movable boundary zone. Device for forming a three-dimensional article from a liquid photopolymer has at least one actinic radiation source, a photopolymer with a window-optical interface and a mechanism for moving the article along the construction axis. Optical interface is in form of at least one actinic radiation wave front converter, in the area of the focus plane of which there is an optically transparent element intended for contact with the photopolymer.

EFFECT: technical result of invention is providing redistribution of actinic radiation energy in boundary zone of product formation, increasing rate of articles forming, higher quality of the formed articles and broader functional capabilities of the method and device, since possibility of high-speed continuous formation of articles using any photopolymer systems is provided.
