FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processes for the production of polymer products of a three-dimensional configuration using lithography technologies. Method includes pre-recording of a hologram of the object to be generated, projection into the bulk of the photopolymer material of the three-dimensional distribution of the intensity of laser radiation, which is created by the actual image of the object, recovered by the hologram with a reduction in the image dimensions by the lens installed in the projecting beam behind the hologram and a single exposure of the material to polymerization in the region of the holographic image, achieved by restricting polymerization outside this region by using photopolymer materials with a radical polymerization mechanism and exposure with oxygen access or by absorbing radiation in the layer, which is provided by the introduction of absorbing additives or by choosing the wavelength of laser radiation.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the speed and simplification of the process of forming objects of an arbitrary three-dimensional configuration.
