SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pressure control device for maintaining a constant preset pressure in a fluid container and a method for production thereof. Device consists of a cylinder having an open end and a closed end, and a stop configured to move inside the cylinder to limit the first chamber, the second chamber enclosing the first chamber cylinder and configured to fill with gas, which has a higher pressure than pressure in the container. Device also consists of connection for fluid medium between second chamber and container and closing element, made with possibility of movement relative to cylinder for opening and closing connection for fluid medium between second chamber and container depending on position of closing element relative to first chamber. Position of the closing element relative to the second chamber depends on prevailing pressure in the container for dispensing of fluid medium and prevailing pressure in the first chamber. Fluid medium connection is located outside the cylinder and faces the closing element with the end part.
