SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the completion of a wellbore. Method for creating a lateral wellbore deviated by a cutter comprises transferring a soluble assembly of a borehole deflector into a main borehole comprising a soluble deflector and a wear resistant pad attached to the centre of the soluble deflector, mill deflection by wear-resistant pad of soluble layout of borehole deflector, creation of side borehole deviated by cutter and destruction of at least part of wear-resistant pad. Wear pad comprises erosion resistant soluble material, which is a metal matrix or decomposable composite of alloy with structure of solid solution, and prevents mill soluble downhole deflector mill.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and productivity of the well section, reduced labour costs.
