FIELD: fire-fighting equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for providing a fire seal in an opening in a wall, ceiling or floor of a building consisting of at least two sealing elements in the form of blocks having two main surfaces oriented parallel to each other, and at least three side surfaces connecting the main surfaces to each other, of which at least one element is made of mineral fibres and binder, wherein side surfaces located adjacent to each other, or side surfaces and main surfaces located adjacent to each other, form an angle not equal to 90°, and each element is shorter than the length of the opening and smaller than the height of the opening.
EFFECT: invention discloses a system for providing a fire seal in an opening in a wall, a ceiling or a floor of a building, an element for a fire seal system and a bridge for a fire-prevention seal in the opening.
