SUBSTANCE: invention relates to connecting mechanisms, by means of which dispenser cover can move into open and closed positions, and can be used for liquids, which are intended for supply of cleaning liquid to user hands. Dispenser for liquids includes a housing including an internal compartment with a front hole providing access to the internal compartment of the housing, a removable element selected from a group consisting of a container for liquid and a pump mechanism. Besides, the dispenser includes a cover connected to the body for movement upwards and downwards between the closed position of the cover, in which the dispenser is used for supply of liquid, and open position of the cover. Dispenser also includes a cover drive element connected to the body for directed movement between the closed position of the cover drive member and the open position of the cover drive member, guided by the housing, including rotation of the drive element of the cover by at least one horizontal axis of rotation relative to the housing. Drive element of cover in directed movement relative to housing interacts with cover to move cover between open position of cover and closed position of cover relative to housing so that when the cover drive element is in the closed position, the cover is in the closed position, and when the cover drive element is in the open position of the drive element, the cover is in the open position of the cover. When the drive element of the cover is in the closed position and the cover is in the closed position, the cover closes the first part of the front hole of the body, and installation of the detachable element into the inner compartment of the body and removal from it through the front hole is impossible.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of costs for manufacturing and assembly and simplified operation of dispenser.
