SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Electrocardiosignal signal processing unit with analogue-digital filtration comprises for each channel a high-pass filter (HPF), at least one external or built-in analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) signal amplifier, external or built-in microcontroller ADC, digital low-pass filter, digital rejection filter. Signal processing begins with high-pass filtering. Signal processing circuit for each channel comprises HPF, which is divided into analogue and digital parts. Analogue part of HPF has order equal to one, and serves to exclude constant component from spectrum of digitized signal. Digital part of the HPF is calculated taking into account the need to compensate for distortions introduced by the analogue part of the HPF.

EFFECT: simplified design and reduced dimensions, reduced effect of spread of parameters of electronic components on analogue signal and, consequently, improved manufacturability, reduced effect of noise on signal processing result and, consequently, lower requirements to power supply of device and amplifiers at maintaining high quality of signal processing.
