FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to a method for synchronous recording of a rheogram from ECG electrodes and a device for its implementation. First and third ECG electrodes are placed in the brachiocephalic vein in the larynx region. Second and fourth ECG electrodes are placed in the zone of separation of the abdominal aorta into the internal and external iliac artery in the region of the umbilicus. Fifth ECG electrode is connected to the common bus of the device and is placed next to the second and fourth electrodes. High-frequency signal from generator (17) is simultaneously supplied to the third and fourth electrodes. ECG and rheogram signals are synchronously obtained from the first and second electrodes. Received signals are amplified by first amplifier (6). ECG signal is filtered by first low-pass filter (7), transmitted to first ADC (8) and then to the first input of controller (9). Simultaneously, the rheogram signal is filtered by high-pass filter (12) and transmitted through detector (13), second amplifier (14), second low-pass filter (15) and second ADC (16) to the second input of the controller. ECG signals and rheograms are recorded in an information processing unit (11). In each phase, the relationship between the electric potential of the ECG and the change in pressure as shown by the rheogram is compared. Phase peculiarities of blood pressure changes in an ascending aorta and adjacent arteries are diagnosed.

EFFECT: broader diagnostic capabilities by adding information on peripheral haemodynamics, high noise immunity and reduced level of electromagnetic interference periodically occurring on the human body.
